Step 1: Pre-Registration

After completing your reservation, you will receive an email or SMS with a link.
Tap the link to enter your guest information in advance.

Step 2: Receive Your Check-in Code (QR Code)

Once your information is registered, you can view your check-in details on your personal "My Page."

Step 3: Smart Check-in at the Facility

When you arrive, simply scan your QR code on the tablet installed at the entrance to check in easily and quickly.

Step 1: Pre-Registration

After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message titled “Request to Enter Guest Information” via email or SMS.
Tap the URL provided in the message to begin the registration process.

How to Complete Pre-Registration

Please proceed with the registration by following the link provided in the confirmation email or SMS you received after booking.


Tap the URL provided in your confirmation email or SMS.

Select your preferred language.

Review the terms and conditions of your stay and check the box to agree.

Enter your guest information.
※ Information already provided through the booking site will be pre-filled.


Please enter your name, contact information (email address and phone number), and home address.
If you require a receipt, please also provide the name to be printed on it.

Once completed, your My Page will be displayed.

Please check the QR code required for check-in.
※ The QR code will also be sent to your registered email address.
